- Full Culinary & Comfort Equipment: The kitchen features comprehensive kitchenware, including plates, cups, cooking utensils, a microwave, and a kettle. All essential household items, such as fresh bed linens and plush bathroom towels, are completely included in the rental price.
- Climate Control & House Guidelines: Powerful air conditioning (CLIMA) is installed directly within the central kitchen and living area to ensure a crisp, cool climate during hot summer afternoons. To support sustainable tourism, guests are kindly requested to shut off the unit when hitting the beach; otherwise, an un-rational energy use fee applies.

Arrival, Departure & House Rules

- Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). Flexible arrival times can be arranged upon request.
- Check-out: Until 10:00 AM. A late departure may be possible if requested in advance.
- Damage Deposit: A mandatory deposit of approximately 100 Euros is required for the A3+1 apartment. This is fully refundable upon departure following a routine room inspection.
- Eco-Friendly Air Conditioning Policy: While the usage of air conditioning is fully included in the price, we kindly appeal to our guests to practice eco-conscious habits. Please turn off the AC when leaving the apartment. To prevent unnecessary energy waste, a fee of approximately 10 Euros per day will be charged if the unit is left running inside an empty apartment.
- Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
