Our charming 45 m² apartment, situated on the ground floor of Apartments Roberto, offers a perfect retreat for 2 to 4 guests (Categorization: 3 Stars, Type A3+1). The apartment boasts an excellent location just 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from a pebbly beach. Essential amenities are nearby, including a grocery store (50m) and a restaurant (30m).

  • Fully Equipped: For your ultimate convenience, air conditioning, satellite TV, fresh bed linens, plush towels, kettle, microwave owen and all necessary kitchenware are complimentary and included in your stay.

Arrival, Departure & House Rules

• • Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). Flexible arrival times can be arranged upon request.
  • Check-out: Until 10:00 AM. A late departure may be possible if requested in advance.
  • Damage Deposit: A mandatory deposit of approximately 100 Euros is required for the A3+1 apartment. This is fully refundable upon departure following a routine room inspection.
  • Eco-Friendly Air Conditioning Policy: While the usage of air conditioning is fully included in the price, we kindly appeal to our guests to practice eco-conscious habits. Please turn off the AC when leaving the apartment. To prevent unnecessary energy waste, a fee of approximately 10 Euros per day will be charged if the unit is left running inside an empty apartment.
