2. How and Why We Use Your Data

  • Legal Obligations: To comply with Croatian laws (specifically the Law on Tourist Tax and the Law on Hospitality Activity), which mandate the registration of all overnight tourists through the official national eVisitor system within 24 hours of arrival. We are also legally required to retain financial invoices for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Legitimate Interests: To maintain the safety and security of our property, prevent fraud, and manage property damage claims.

  • eVisitor registration data is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods defined by Croatian tourism regulations.
